Steven Sowah
Steven Sowah, born in Hamburg in 1990, gained his first acting experience as a child in productions in the Malersaal of Deutsches Schauspielhaus and in the musical The Lion King. After finishing secondary school, he first studied law in England and graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Oxford before beginning his formal training in acting tat the University of Film Babelsberg Konrad Wolf in 2015. During his studies, he acted at Hans Otto Theater Potsdam, as well as at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden and appeared in various films. For his performance in Dreck (directed by Ali Tamim) he received the Götz-George-Nachwuchspreis for upcoming talents in 2020.
